2br/2 Bath Home with one extra possible sleeping area located on a quiet Deep Water Canal just off the ICW in the fabulous Indian River Lagoon. The house sits on the canal providing a private water view from 40' dock and from the tropical patio, dining room, and both bedrooms.
Our home is beautifully appointed and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and close to Vero's beautiful beaches.
View all kinds of birds, fish, and manatees close up from the dock. May include the use of 17 foot Key Largo fishing boat, perfect for the flats. (Please be advised though, that minor things can and will go wrong on boats. We keep it well maintained.If available, the boat will be there for your enjoyment, providing you have boating experience. We cannot however guarantee the performance of the boat.) Turnkey vacation! Beautiful poolside patio includes an outdoor dining area and two seating areas, accessible by french doors from the bedrooms and the dining room. Full gourmet kitchen, utensils etc. Linens supplied. Wireless high speed internet Cable TV in LR and both BRs Luxury master bath with Jacuzzi and steam shower. Washer Dryer Dishwasher 40 foot dock on deep water canal off ICW Guide service nearby.
Activities and Attractions Some of Florida's best redfish, snook, and sea trout flats are literally just around the corner. Step from the backyard into your boat and be fishing in 2 minutes or fish right off the dock. World class guide service can be arranged for you as well. Offshore action for sailfish, tuna, grouper, etc nearby.
The sandy beaches, quaint shops, restaurants, and charm of Vero Beach are all just 15 minutes away. LA Dodger Spring Training is minutes away (March) . The Vero Beach Dodgers play throughout the summer.
Drive to Palm Beach for fabulous shopping, spas, and beautiful beaches; an easy day trip!
You can arrive by flying into West Palm Beach, Orlando or Melbourne. Centrally located on the East Coast, it's a quick drive to Cape Canaveral, Lake Okeechobee, or Disney World.
Sebastian Inlet State Park and Fort Peirce Inlet, nearby, offers some of the best surfing, boating and fishing on the east coast.

Vacation Rental Rates Rates will vary according to season. Please email for availability. $500 security deposit required, 11% tax is included in rent. Owners can not guarantee boat availability.
Deposit of half the rental fee required to reserve.
Deposit of the first half rent is not refundable.
