Unit E-102 is an upgraded ocean view one bedroom unit only 50 yds. to sand and ocean front. It is well-appointed with ocean view also from bedroom (even in bed…ocean sounds lull you to sleep). Kitchen and living room have ocean view through reflection of living room mirrored wall. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated. Fully equipped with Cal King bed, queen sleeper sofa, 2 floor futons, crib, 2 TV's, 2 VCRs and DVD player, free high speed internet,video library, games, nice new linens & kitchen items and everything for fun on the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, coolers and more). There is a custom tile bar shelf on the balcony with captain's chairs to enjoy the sun, have meals or to have a sunset toast while you capture the sun melt into the sea. All you really need is clothing and food!
Surfers get out your boards for you are at one the finest surf breaks right out in front of our complex for short or long boarding(sshhh! My husband doesn't want anyone to know, but I'll let you know.) Many surfers navigate here from all over the world for World Championships or simply recreational. For those who would like to venture out and get up on a board, "Team Wahine" (see other links) offers co-ed surf lessons and camps and is located inside the Oceanside Harbor Lighthouse which is only a 1/4 mile walk from the unit. No need to rack up the boards and drive to other locations you can just step out 50 yds. to slide in the water.
For those traveling with families, this unit is baby equipped with portable crib and nice bedding, baby bathtub, hooded bath towels, potty seat, booster seat, stroller, jogging stroller, deluxe backpack, toys, videos (Elmo, Barney, and Disney), sand toys and games. No need to lug the home with you and for the little ones to have fun as well.
For those with physical challenges, this unit is in very close proximity to amenities and is a single level (bathtub/shower does not have a handicap bar) unit. We are only 2 doors down from elevator. Library, laundry, pool, jacuzzi, putting green, garage and beach are right down elevator. No need to take one stair to any of these or my unit.
For you "Fitness Buffs" we have an on-site Personal Fitness Trainer (by appointment only), Massage Therapist (by appointment only) and seasonal Yoga Classes in our Party Room (Free). We have many great Fitness Centers close by: from the new YMCA (also has a kids activity pool & water slide), Co-ed or Women Only (sorry gentlemen).
We are now offering Wireless and High Speed Internet Free! No need to wait forever for dial-up connection or go to the internet cafe. Just bring your laptop!
Kids will not want to leave and neither will you!

Rental Policies
Maximum of 4 persons (including children) per HOA rules allowed in a one bedroom unit. No smoking permitted inside unit. No pets allowed in unit or on grounds per HOA rules. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am. I accept cashiers checks, money orders, visa, mastercard, american express. Rates do not include 10% city bed tax (no tax on monthly), $95.00 cleaning fee. or $20 check-in/registration fee. Holiday periods are 10-25% higher. Rates are Cash rates. 2% service fee will be added for credit card payments.
A $500 security/damage deposit is required for all bookings. $1000 for monthly rentals. This deposit is fully refundable less any fines, missing inventory/keys, or damages and will be returned 21 days after departure.
A $350.00 deposit is required to make a reservation for all reservations in excess of 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required for all reservations 60 days or less from arrival. All reservations may be cancelled at any time, however, the $350.00 deposit is subject to forfeiture if the unit is unable to be rebooked. If partially rebooked then a partial refund will be returned. 45 days or less from arrival all rents paid are subject to forfeiture if the unit is unable to be rebooked (less tax, damage deposit and cleaning). 25% Cancellation fee on all cancellations. Please cancel as far in advance as possible.
