Separate entrances for each level assure privacy while vacationing with extended family or friends. The home has beautiful wood floors and all bedding has fresh duvets. This is the only beach house in Oceanside that has no barrier of any kind between the home and the ocean, simply amazing. Both the upper living room and lower family room are furnished with queen size sleeper sofas. High speed wireless and 4 TVs should fullfill any need. This home is also popular for beach weddings and family reunions. The beach house next door is also available to accomodate larger groups and reunions. We require all guests to take walks along the beach, sit by the bon fire and to collect sea shells. Failure to do so will result in a fine of two sand dollars per day!
A 500 dollar security deposit is required to reserve the property. This is refunded after check out
We make every effort work all of our clients and families but do reserve the right to not refund a cancellation or discount for shorter than planned stays.
