Casa Viva Troncones is Simple Elegance and Natural Beauty.
Casa Viva Troncones consists of three palm-thatched roofed bungalows, or Casitas, each with a private bathroom built into a natural setting and organic gardens. Each Casita is a mini-suite, to provide each visitor with privacy, all Casitas share the common area that includes the kitchen, dinning and new Jacuzzi and Pool. Breakfast is included with stay and served in the Common Area dinning room. Additional meals can be arranged with staff (see reviews on site to see what other guests say about the food). Above the common area is a sleeping porch that accommodates overflow (up to 6 single beds) or is perfect for yoga, meditation, exercise or play. Casa Viva is a great place

On-Site Amenities
The pool and Jacuzzi are the center of activities when not on the beach and in the ocean. We have several boogie boards and two bikes. Plenty of activities can be arranged through local tour guides for caving, jungle canopy tour, natural hotsprings, kayaking, fishing, surfing, hiking, birding, etc.
We have several yoga mats available for guests to use.
We also have Sirius Satellite Radio and Wireless Internet and Internet VOIP phone for unlimited calls back to US (Must Use VOIP phone, otherwise you will be charged for any long distance calls).

Rental Rate Notes
Rental Rates Shown are for Suites/Casitas (Round or Square), also available at lower rates are the Private Casita and Tapanco. Weekly rates show rates to rent entire property includes both Round and Square Casita, Private Casita and Tapanco. Property can comfortably sleep 14-16, more if you are all close family. Special Holiday rate of $7,200 per week applies to Christmas Week and New Year week. Weely Rentals are preferred to be Sat to Sat or in some cases in low season we will accept Fri to Fri.
