Description of the Property
Located south of San Antonio on 110 acres this beautiful new 4,200 sq. ft. Southwest house offers all the comforts of home. With over a mile of river frontage, the fishing is fantastic. There are 3 bedrooms. One has a private bath, queen size bed and satellite TV. The other two bedrooms share a bath. One has a queen size bed. The other has a full size bed and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and twin on the top. This room also has a toddler bed. They each have a TV with local channels only. The formal living room has a sofa bed and we have various sizes of air mattresses, if needed. There is also a porta crib available for children up to 30 lbs. There is a half bath located near the living room. Linens are provided.
There is a large family room with a 65" big screen HD Satellite TV with surround sound. The large dining room will seat up to 20 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, electric stove, coffee pot and cooking utensils. The formal living room has 32" Satellite TV. Both living room and family room have fireplaces. There is also a washer & dryer available for your use.
The house is nestled in a very shady beautiful spot on the San Antonio River just south of San Antonio. Although secluded and private, we are located near two major freeways (Loop 410 and IH 37) making it convenient to get anywhere in San Antonio or the surrounding areas. Area attractions such as Sea World and Fiesta Texas are only 30 minutes away. The AT&T Center, Alamo Dome and the San Antonio Riverwalk are just a 15 minute drive from our home.

Our home is very open and spacious. We have a back porch that is over 80 feet long. There is a court yard which opens from the living room and the family room. There is a large terrace that opens from two of the bedrooms and takes your directly to the hot tub. There is plenty of room for family visiting or having a reunion of old friends. There is a formal living room and a family room with a 65" Big Screen TV. The dining room table will seat up to 10 with plenty of room to put up a card table and chairs for more people.

Activities and Attractions
We are only 20 minutes from San Antonio's beautiful River Walk, the Alamo Dome and the AT&T Center (home of the San Antonio SPURS, the Rodeo in February and many other events). Besides Sea World and Fiesta Texas (30 minutes away) the #1 Water Park in the United States, Schlitterbaum is about an hour's drive away in New Braunfels. There are many small towns located within an hour's drive offering unique shopping, collectables and antiques. There is always something to do in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. When river conditions are good, swimming is always fun in the river. There is a nice area within a 1/4 mile walk from the house.

There is a $100.00 deposit to hold your reservation. This is applied to your balance which is due upon arrival. There is also a $300.00 security deposit required upon arrival. There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00.
Should you cancel the $100.00 deposit is not refundable but can be used toward future reservations. The $300.00 security deposit is refunded the day you leave if everything is left in good condition and there are no damages.
