North Coast Village unit C-305 is located in a luxurious resort style complex on the sands of one of California's finest beaches, located in northern San Diego County. Just step right outside your condo and you will find yourself on a clean, white sandy beach where you can enjoy an ocean swim or slumber to your heart's content. Lush landscaping with glistening waterfalls, running brooks, fern grottos, fountains, and a koi fishpond surround this tropical resort. Amenities include a large year-round heated pool, surrounded by ample chaise lounges, two Jacuzzis, gas bbq's (overlooking the pool and ocean), a putting green, a gym with exercise equipment of many types, saunas, billiards, ping-pong, library, recreational and laundry facilities on-site. It is a glorious place for you and your family to relax and have a good time.
Unit C305 is a gorgeous top floor, two-bedroom loft with a clear view of the ocean and heavenly sunsets. This is a recently remodeled unit with new carpeting, furnishings, and appliances. The loft bedroom has a California king-size bed with cottage style South Carolina furniture. The downstairs bedroom is tastefully furnished with both a full and a twin bed and is decorated in a bright, nautical décor. A queen-size fold out bed is available in the living room. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Feel free to enjoy your meals on one of two balconies, while watching surfers trying to catch that perfect wave.
Unit C-305 has beach toys and chairs and body boards available for your use. There are two televisions, VCR's and DVD' s available in the unit for your convenience. Also free high speed internet. Crisp, clean linens and bedding are provided. A full array of cooking and eating utensils is also provided in the kitchen area. There is a reserved parking space inside the underground lot, which is located conveniently close to the elevator and just a few feet from the unit.
North Coast Village is just a short walk from the Oceanside Harbor, where you can stroll around a beautiful marina and browse in many quaint shops, or partake of one of several restaurants located in the area. These range from casual, inexpensive fare to moderately priced restaurants, which feature local seafood caught daily from the area fishermen, as well as many other types of food. Or you may just like to sit in a local coffee shop and listen to live bands.
Many other types of local entertainment destinations are nearby, such as Legoland, the famous San Diego Zoo, and Sea World for the kids. Many area golf courses are open the year around for your enjoyment.

Rental Policies
Maximum of 6 persons (including children) per HOA rules allowed in 2 bedroom unit. No smoking permitted inside unit. No pets allowed in unit or on grounds per HOA rules. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Payment is accepted by cashiers check, money order or credit cards. Rates do not include 10% city bed tax (not assessed for rentals greater than 30 days) or $105.00 cleaning fee. $500.00 security/damage deposit (which is fully refundable less any fines, missing inventory, damages or excessive cleaning) for weekly/nightly rentals and $500.00 for monthly rentals. Holiday periods may be 10-20% higher. Call for monthly rates. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
