Description of the Property
The fully furnished Cottage is located just outside New Braunfels and San Marocs, Texas in a little town called Hunter. The Cottage is next door to the oldest bar in Texas (Riley's Tavern) which is a top country honky tonk with live music daily. The cottage is just two exits from The San Marcos Outlet Mall, 7 minutes from the Guadalupe River and 7 Minutes from Schlitterbahn Water Park.
The cottage can sleep up to eight people. It offers two bedrooms with king size beds, two "sleeper" sofas, two full baths (one with tub/shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub). There is a full Kitchen with dishes, dining table with chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range/oven. There is also a clothes washer and dryer. Outside in the backyard, there is a large tree providing shade, a fenced yard with picnic table and BBQ pit.

Next door to the Oldest Bar in Texas (Riley's Tavern) which features live music daily, horseshoes and washers, pool tables, video games, pinball machine, cigarette machine, free shuffleboard. Riley's Tavern now serves food Friday's 4pm to 12 am, Saturday's 4pm to 1am and Sunday's 3pm to 7pm.
