Truly a luxury vacation one bedroom, one bath cottage condo with spectacular, unobstructed ocean view at North Coast Village near San Diego. The cottage is casually elegant and sets on the perimeter of the resort-like complex facing westerly. You are in a separate building, not a high-rise, so there are no neighboring balcony or rooftops to obscure the gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and estuary.
We have a beautiful sunset and you can watch the surfers from our balcony. It is nice being on the upper level because no one is upstairs to be noisy and you have a panoramic view from inside the unit and from the balcony. You have your own private entrance so you won't hear or see hallway or elevator traffic. High speed wireless internet connection is complimentary.
The cottage accommodates four people comfortably and all linens, kitchen essentials, beach chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, float toys are provided. You have nearly 900 sq.ft. of living space and everything is upgraded and upscale - beautiful floors and fabrics, original artwork, a custom fully-equipped kitchen and specially-designed bath. Two custom-built vanity sinks in the dressing area are unique in a one bedroom cottage.

A lovely fireplace in the living area adds charm and a new flat screen television and Dvd/vcr provide top-flight entertainment. Our spacious master suite has a comfortable king bed - and the living room has a queen sofa bed. A parking space is reserved, assigned and close to the cottage. Security is assured with 24 hour guards and gated entry.
North Coast Village has 550 units and is directly oceanfront on the widest and longest beach in Southern California. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, there is a large pool, jacuzzi, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds, fitness room, putting green, recreation game room with billiards. As soon as you arrive, you will want to put your feet up and relax - or stroll along the shore and watch the kids bury their toes in the sand - or take a 5 minute walk over to the harbor and linger in the charming restaurants and shops.

Saunter through the grounds, walk down the manicured garden walks displaying falling water and pools of Japanese Koi fish. A 5 minute walk through the private gates are sandy beaches...no streets to cross, the complex sets directly on the sand.
Enjoy the hot tub or choose to enjoy either of the two swimming pools and jacuzzi. Two outdoor, gas barbeques, a putting green, fitness room and game area with pool tables are also vailable for your pleasure.
Private entrance to the condo. Six steps to enter as the unit is on the second level of the cottage. It is on a single level within and is easy to navigate from room to room because of the wide hallways and tile/berber carpeting on the floors. Private parking spot.

Activities and Attractions
Special activities available just a short drive from the condo are: Disneyland (45 min.), Sea World (25 min.), Legoland (15 min.), San Diego Zoo (30 min.), Wild Animal Park (30 min.), Knott's Berry Farm (55 min.), Universal Studios, and Del Mar Racetrack (15 min.). The marina is 5 minutes walk and the Oceanside Pier is a fun place to walk to, as well. Movie theatres, shopping, restaurants, parks and golf courses are close by. This should give you a good idea of the selection...but there are others, too.

CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund (less cancellation fee) for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in; cancellation within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit, rent, all fees paid unless Landlord can rent to another tenant for same time at same rate.
