Description of the Property
Our Ocean View Getaway Cottage is a charming, cozy beachside Cottage beach home. It has an up and down duplex arrangement. The beach is right there - without having to cross a road.
Each unit is newly updated, extremely clean and there is a private yard with patios and decks. Each unit has two bedrooms and one bath. They are totally separate There are large TVs, VCRs, DVDs. high speed internet, free long distance and cable.
Upstairs has a Queen and two twin beds with superior quality linens and window treatments. There is a sofasleeper. Downstairs has two queens and a sofasleeper. All amenities are included, just bring a toothbrush.
There is a sweet fenced in yard with fuit trees, flowering bushes and a platform deck with gas grill. Upstairs has a wrap around deck. There is volleyball on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while we were in Florida to watch the Sts-116 shuttle launch. The cottage was cozy and clean. The deck and big yard were perfect for gathering and visiting with friends and family (our group rented both the upper and lower apartments so we had the whole place to ourselves) and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners, Mike and Monica, were so nice throughout the entire process - before, during and after our stay. Mike stopped by almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed. When we made the initial reservation we were a bit worried because shuttle launch dates change so often, but they said they would work with us if there was a date change and they did. One of our cousins was the pilot for the mission so we really wanted to be there (and have a place to stay) to see him take off! We were very lucky to find a nice place with owners so friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks!

Our beach house is situated overlooking the ocean, and you wak to the sound of ocean waves. It's fun to sit on the deck and watch cruise ships and various bird fly by. Our Cottage home has Key West appeal.
There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach and it is very relaxing as well. I keep a book if great things to do and restaurants to go to.
It is so close to Disney that many people stay here to commute to Disney just to hear the ocean. I have access to discount tickets if interested.
