Rental Policies
All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Tax. 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation. Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Check out cleaning included, maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 4 night stay required. All rates and taxes subject to change Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00am Deposit Policy: A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be charged at that time for the damage deposit and a refund made within 7 days of departure assuming no damage is present. The deposit may be received by check. Make check payable to GTM Properties, 19964 Elfin Forest Lane, Escondido, CA 92029. Uncashed damage deposit check will be returned within 7 days of departure assuming no damage. Refund Policy: A 5% fee will be applied to all cancellations. Less than 60 day prior to arrival - payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented a pro rata refund will be issued. Cancellation less than 30 days, payment will be retained.
