Holiday weekends add $100 to rates, Winter specials rent for 4 months and get for $1100 per month. 3 months $1200. per mo

Rental Policies

No smoking inside the house. House rules are posted inside the house. Dogs by agreement only, subject to deposit. We provide you with two keys via lockbox. They must be replaced in the lockbox when you leave the property or $80.00 will be deducted from your deposit.

Deposit is 50% of total rental fee due at time of reservation. There is a security deposit due with final payment (due 30 days before arrival date) in the amount of $300.00 which is refundable within 30 days after stay ias long as no damage to property.

Rental Deposit will be refunded up until 30 days prior to stay. Final payment is be due 30 days prior to arrival and there will be no refunds after this time however we will consider an alternate rental date.
