Gulf Shores Alabama on the Gulf of Mexico "The View" unit at Gulf Shores Plantation. This two bedroom and two full bath condo has a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the coastline as far as the eye can see (picture at top left taken from unit's balcony!). The enitre unit has been recently remodeled in beautiful tropical colors and furnishings sure to delight your senses! It has a large balcony accessable from the living area and the master and guest bedrooms! It is on the top floor of a nine story building, closest to the Gulf. Lots of beautiful, white pristine Gulf Shores Alabama beach with natural sand dunes. Unit has new small appliances, dishes, glasses, bed linens, pots and pans. Four chairs on balcony and four small beach chairs. Large TV in living area, with DVD and VHS players. New TV's in master and guest bedroom with built-in DVD players. Small stereo with CD player. DVD movies rentals available, with tennis rackets, balls, and other sports equipment! Six pools, (picture of pools taken from unit's balcony!) Jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, walk to Kiva Dunes golf course which is on the grounds or take a short drive to any of eight other golf courses! Furnishings are nice quality and unit is clean. Ceramic tile throughout. Best of all, is the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach! Jimmy Buffett might be jealous, as you put on the tunes, spin the margarita's in the blender and eat nearby at his sister's restaurant, LULU's right here in Gulf Shores Alabama! This unit has the highest rating, being rated "Preferred" by the Plantation Resort Management. A "Preferred" rating is defined as "Beautifully decorated, nicely accessorized accommodations featuring quality appointments and extra finishing touches."

It bears repeating, spectacular views of the Gulf, you may think you are in Key West as you watch the sunset over the water and Kiva Dunes Golf Course! Very private unit at end of hall with no traffic. With open windows, you can fall asleep and wake to the sound of the surf! The grounds are very well maintained, and we like to dip in the Jacuzzi at around 10:00pm! Did we mention the pristine beach?

Great restaurants are a pleasant evening drive away (10 Min.) Including Jimmy Buffett's sister's restaurant, Lulu's. Also try the Original Oyster House, Beach Club Restaurant, Village Market and Grill, and the most famous red neck (hey, I am married to one, I can use the term) bar around, the FloraBama, located at the Florida, Alabama state line, about 15 min. away! Explore Fort Morgan at the end of the Penninsula, (12 miles from unit) or golf on one of eight golf courses in addition to Kiva Dunes Golf Course on the grounds! Walk miles of the most pristine beaches to be found, a true treasure.
