Villa Fantasia 2 is located 5 minutes from Disney and is located in beautiful Oak Island Cove. This home has been decorated by a professioanl interior decorator and the game room painted by a professional decorative painter. Each bedroom is more beautiful than the next. We have 2 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the game room We also have 4 full bathrooms. Our game room is second to none. It is a fully finished, air conditioned room, not a garage with a pool table in it! We have 9 TV's, all with cable, 4 Vcr/dvd combos, 20 Disney VCR movies, 26 assorted other movies, 1 seperate DVD player, 2 stereos, 2 Sony Playstation 2's with games, 1 Xbox with games, Vegas style poker chips with playing cards, chess, checkers and backgammon sets, a 7 foot commercial pool table, a top of the line foozball table, an electronic dart board, a computer with free, "High Speed" internet access, 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, 2 double strollers and a booster seat. We supply all your linens and your towels, hand, bath and even pool. There is a hair blow dryer in each bathroom and the kitchen has every modern appliance; coffee maker, electric tea pot, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware and blender. The lanai is fully screened and has a heated pool and attached spa, propane BBQ grill, table with cushioned seating for 8, 3 cushioned chaise lounge chairs, 3 cushioned chairs with ottomans, a towel holder and an outdoor TV. All you have to bring is your clothes and fill up the refrigerator. We do the rest. No other home offers as much as Villa Fantasia 2 does, and if you did find one they would charge you for use of the amenities. The only extra charge at our home is the pool and spa heat and the taxes. Everything else is included. Villa Fantasia 2 is our second home for rent. Our guests have been so happy with our attention to detail, cleanliness and the overwhelming amount of amenities we offer, we had to purchase another home to accommodate the over flow. We now have 2 homes that can accommodate 24 people within 3 houses of each other, both 5 minutes from Disney. We believe your comfort is the only thing that matters. That is why both of our homes have everything you need for a worry free and relaxing vacation. We have spared no expense to upgrade and maintain our homes. Our management company is only a block away and on call 24 hours a day just in case they are needed. Neither home has any other homes directly behind them which increases your privacy. * Any stay less than 6 nights will incur a $125 house cleaning fee. *Florida Sales and Guest Tax is currently 13%. * $25 a day pool heat rate. *Balance is due 60 days in advance. *** " We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances such as an emergency medical evacuation". *$400 security deposit required, refunded 10 days after keys are returned, and home is checked for damage. *If Payment is made by Credit Card, there is no Security Deposit. *We accept credit cards, payment by check, or money order.
*$500 deposit required 90 days in advance to hold reservation.
*Deposit is Non-Refundable. *Once Balance is paid, it is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of check-in.
