Description of the Property

"The Dove Call" is a spacious three bedroom, two full bathroom single-story brick house with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Newly remodeled- It is equipped with central AC and has oil heat and now a gas fireplace for off-season rentals. We accept most dogs, but you must inquire first by email or phone. Indoor cats are considered also. No other pets please. The Dove Call is very open and wheelchairs or inside scooters for handicap individuals can move around pretty freely. Please inquire with any questions regarding handicap accessibility.

As you walk in the house, you walk into a newly renovated large kitchen with a table that seats 8 and an island that can seat three more people. There is a newly renovated full bath painted in purple with white trim off of the kitchen, and a full-sized washer and dryer closet. Provided in the kitchen/dining area is a TV, DVD player, stereo and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans to create a simple or a gourmet meal while on your vacation!

Upon entering the front door if you go left, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is painted mellow coral and has a pillow-top mattress king-sized bed that was purchased in 2007. The room has a ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player. The middle bedroom is painted potentially purple and has a queen bed. It also has a ceiling fan. The rear bedroom has another king bed and is freshly painted in Aquaduct. There is a ceiling fan and a TV in that room also.

The 2nd full bathroom has just been remodeled in the fall of 2007,with a new tiled shower, vanity and toilet. It is painted in Dancing Green.

In the rear of the house, straight through the kitchen, there is a 12' x 28' living room done in Banana Cream yellow with white trim. This room has a queen sofa bed comfortable for both sitting and sleeping and a few chairs for gathering around to talk or watch the 32" TV. This room can be closed off for privacy or additional sleeping quarters with a set of lockable interior french doors. We have relocated the internet access to this room. We also have added a gas insert to the fireplace for cool nights.

This living room also has the access through a new sliding door to the 16' x 28' large rear private deck with perennial gardens, and an outside shower equipped with hot and cold water. There is a new gas grille purchased in 2009 on the deck.

For the morning sun and coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the stars, there is a 12' x 16' front patio.

We provide bed/bath linens which are washed after each use in Hot water with laundry soap and Clorox 2, or you are more than welcome to bring your own linens.

Please check the rental rates and availability calender for prices and availability for your desired dates. The home is located in a nice quiet area so it's a great place for a relaxing vacation but not far from all the excitement! The house is kept very clean between renters!

#19 Robinson Drive (911 address is 38209 Robinson Drive) is located on the EAST side of Route 1/Coastal Highway One, 3.5 blocks from the South end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk (4/10 of a mile) - right around Norfolk Street. It is 1/2 block from Silver Lake. We are only 7 tenths of a mile to Rehoboth Avenue where you will find great shops, plenty of excellent fine dining and family restaurants, and activities. Bring your bikes or rent some at the beach if you are not up for the walk. It is a short drive to the Tanger Outlet Centers for tax-free shopping! There is also a water park and several golf courses within a few miles.
