4 Brm Disney Vacation Pool Home

Our luxury villa will comfortably sleep 10 people. It is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, and has a very roomy and spacious floor plan. It has 2 lounge areas(one with 2 full sofas, and a ceiling fan, the other with a loveseat and a sofabed), both have cable T.V. The kitchen has a table with 4 chairs, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Off of the kitchen there is a seperate dining area which seats 8 people. Both the kitchen and dining area have full sliding glass doors which lead to the pool area. The kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances, and is fully stocked with all of the utensils and supplies that are needed if you would like to enjoy meals at home. There is also a full laundry room off of the 2nd bathroom which has a super capacity washer/dryer, and this also has an entrance to the pool area. In our villa there are 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom(located seperately from the other 3 for privacy) has cable T.V. a ceiling fan and a huge kingsize bed. This master bedroom has its own bathroom which has a large garden tub as well as a large walk in shower. This bedroom also has a very large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a large queen size bed with cable T.V. The remaining 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and also have cable T.V., and all bedrooms have good size closets all stocked with extra pillows,sheets, and blankets.At the end of the hall near the 2nd bathroom is a large closet all stocked with extra towels and sheets. This villa alsob has roof-mounted solar panels which keep the pool water very warm if you so desire. There is also gas pool heat available(additional charges will apply) if needed. The entire pool area is screened in for your pest-free enjoyment. There is also a charcoal grill located in the pool area. Also in the pool area there is a table with 3 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and this area as well as the swimming pool are fully lighted. Lastly, there is a large driveway which leads to a 2 car garage with an entrance into the house through the garage.
