The floor plan is that of a two bedroom, two bath, living room, formal dinning room, kitchen and laundry area with a wrap around lanai accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It is approximately 1500 plus square feet and is uniquely located reviling an interesting aspect of the Beach Resort. It has the beauty of it ocean view along with the loveliness of its surrounding gardens. Centrally located and only minutes walk to either the Hilton Waikoloa Village or the Outrigger Marriott. Another nice feature is that it is within a short 100-yard walk to the Olympic Lap Pool with its two spas, the Fitness Center and the BBQ Pavilion. The sleeping arrangement is for 4-6 persons with a California Kings in the master suite, two Twins (can convert to a Queen) in the second bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the large living room. The living room and master bedroom have sliding doors leading to the lanai where you can enjoy morning breakfast, afternoon relaxation time or an evening dinner watching the sunset. During the luau nights at the Hilton and the Marriott you can hear the faint sounds of the music and songs being performed by the entertainers.

The kitchen is full size with all the amenities. It contains a side-by-side refrigerator, oven, microwave and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. There is the formal dinning room with seating for six or the bar area for informal dinning. Pot and pans, service for eight, coffee make, blender, can opener and on and on and on are available to you. The master bedroom has television and a DVD player. The living room has a 32-inch TV, stereo system, DVD and Cable TV. The villa has central air conditioning for you comfort.

Activities and Attractions
The Waikoloa Beach Resort amenities are many. Your have two of the finest golf courses on the Kohala Coast. The Beach course is just steps away from the Villa and the King Course a very short distance from the Beach Course. There is a $50.00 discount for our guest at either the Beach or King Courses. For your shopping or dinning pleasure you have the King Shops with a variety of fine dinning restaurants, for those on the run there is a food court available. The Hilton and Marriott Hotels have the finest amenities available with their fine dinning, galleries and spas. At the Hilton you can get a massage in a cabana overlooking the ocean, swim with the dolphins or just enjoy the beauty of the 30 plus acres of beautiful landscaping, the monorail or the boat ride throughout the hotel grounds. Just outside the beach resort area is our heliport. A flight on one of our helicopters over the volcano, the rain forest and the entire Big Island is a must. The rain forest and the waterfalls are majestic and a site you will always remember. Don’t forget your camera. If you’re into hiking then you came to the right place. You can hike through some of the most historic areas of the big island. It is well known that the Hawaiian people have work hard to preserve their culture and their past.
