Description of the Property
"Bella Casa" located on Oak Island Harbour at Formasa Gardens is perhaps the closest neighborhood to the magical world of Disney - just over 3 miles. Located on a quiet street with little or no traffic. Close enough to come home for lunch & even a quick nap for the little ones before returning for the day to Disney.
With over 1900 sq ft, our 3 bdrm home is larger than most 4 bdrm homes. All on one-level, the vaulted ceilings thru-out provide an open-airy feeling. The master suite comes with a King-size sleigh-style bed, full bathroom w/soaking tub and separate shower, 2 big bureaus, walk-in closet and a TV. The 2nd bdrm has a queen-size bed with TV. The 3rd bdrm has 2 twin beds with TV.
The Entertainment/Game Room has a leather seating area with Big Screen TV, 8 ft Olhausen Pool Table, Foosball, Electric Air Hockey & Play Station. A small video collection is provided. The Game Room is not in the garage like other rental properties. The kids will love this room! For the adults, there is a separate living room off the kitchen away from the kids for quiet talks or watch a late night movie on the TV.
High Speed Road Runner Internet Access is available free of charge for use with your Lap Top/Notebook. We also have a small printer for your use. Free Long Distance within the Continental US, Canada & Puerto Rico
Baby equipment is available at no extra charge: portable crib (pack'n play), high chair, piano/keyboard bouncy seat, Baby Einstein videos, spill proof cups, baby bottles, books & toys.
The Screened-in Pool area is totally private with Tall Hedging surrounding the entire backyard. The pool is 3 to 6 ft deep (No Diving Allowed) The covered lanai will provide a shaded area for those wanting to keep out of the sun but who still want to enjoy the outdoors.
All linens, bedding, towels, and blowdryers are provided. There is a full-size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
No smoking inside the house, No Pets Allowed and No Diving in Pool
