This villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated private pool and a hot tub spa on a large extended pool deck. The villa is fully furnished and is beautifully decorated. It has central air conditioning throughout and is well equipped with all the amenities you possibly need in your own home. This spacious villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably and 10 if the sofa bed is used.
Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool and a hot tub spa on a large pool deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool and hot tub spa can be heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. There is also a direct access to the pool from the master bathroom.
The community also has a children's playground, a basketball court, a full size tennis court, and a public swimming pool. There is a public library and a Tourist Information Tower/Welcome Center close by, where you can get discount tickets, tourist guidance, and all kinds of information about the local attractions and activities.
