It has its own private 16' wide boat launch and 30'sandy beach with 6 resort style lounge chairs waiting for you. It has a large patio for lounging or barbecueing. The home has just been remodeled. It has plenty of parking for boats and Rv's. A great place to come and enjoy the river, golfing, gambling or just relaxing. It is 17 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin area, so there are numerous activities to be enjoyed. Laughlin has eleven resorts and casinos with plenty of restaurants and casinos.
The home is fully furnished with beds, dressers, and ceiling fans. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking utensils you will need.
