Rental Policies
To place a reservation, please contact us by telephone and/or e-mail. Include your address or fax # and we will e-mail or send you a copy of the our rental agreement. The Rental Date period will be reserved once we receive a completed rental agreement along with your $ 300.00 Deposit. The Unit Rental Rate will be due no later than 20 days prior to your arrival date.
$300.00 Deposit is required for all reservations. The Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure after an owner inspection. A $ 75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Refunds for the deposit will be issued for any cancelled rental reservation with a 45 day notice prior to the beginning rental date.
