Rental Rate Notes

$1350 weekly based on an occupancy of 4 guests. Each additional guest is $225 per week with a maximum occupancy of six adult guests, and up to an additional three children (depending on age). Children 6 years of age or under stay free! Please inquire about about special off-season weekend rates.

Rental Policies

A deposit of 50% is required with balance due 15 days in advance of your arrival . We accept Traveler's Checks, Business Checks and Cash. A confirmation letter or email will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.

If your travel plans change, your deposit is fully refundable if we receive 60 days advance notice. Deposits are non-refundable if less than 60 days notice is received unless the owner is able to rent the premises for the entire period of your reservation . The owner will have no responsibiliity to advertise this or any vacancy. Reservations will not be held after 7 days without deposit.
