We take great pride in cleaning & preparing our Cottage for a hygenic and comfortable stay. The complex also provides a private gated parking, laundry facilities and nearby guest parking. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and 7 miles from the brand new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
The Broadwalk is finishing it's transformation and Windwood Seas is also getting renovated with new colors, awnings, new BBQ area and a new elevator. Come see the exciting changes!

Rental Rate Notes
Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made within 90 days of anticipated arrival. Please add $60 cleaning fee and 11% lodging tax on all rentals.Rental Policies
Renters agree to abide by Condo rules and Lessor rules as stated in contract.
Weekly Rentals: $260 Deposit by check due at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days Prior. Monthly Rentals: $560 Deposit by check due at time of reservation. 50% of balance due 60 days prior to arrival by and balance due 30 days priorl. Please note there is a one time $60 cleaning fee and $250 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit on ALL rentals due 30 days prior.
Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be rewarded refunds on deposits.
