Villa Sanibel on Sanibel's famous shelling beach was extensively remodeled in late 2006 and painted a new lively color. Inside our spacious unit with its high wood-beamed ceiling there's a new kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets and appliances including a side by side fridge/freezer. Upstairs the redecorated loft has new flooring and furniture. The pool and tennis court were just re-done in 2005.
