Rental Rate Notes
If the rental includes Memorial Day or 4th of July, we have a seven-night minimum.Rental Policies
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A $150.00 housekeeping fee is attached to all rentals. To book, one-night's rental is required as a deposit, along with 25% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent is due 30 days before the rental period begins.
