Description of the Property
The view from the large balcony of this beautiful condo directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico with 3 ½ miles white sand beach and watching the spectacular sunsets is simply breathtaking. Innumerable species of wild birds, and dolphins swimming close to the beach, highlight the subtropical paradise. The Everglades National Park is just around the corner with all its beauty. Shelling along the beach of Marco Island is another exciting activity with so many different shells available and even sand dollars on nearby Sand Dollar Island. There are facilities and rental opportunities for any kind of sports activities. Fishing is the best; either off-shore or in the back waters between the many islands. Marco Island has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale 5th Ave. in nearby Naples.

Distance: 50 minutes and/or 2 hrs.

The condo is on the 7th floor of a 10 story building with a large balcony looking West. It has a cosy beachfront Restaurant on the ground floor. There are tennis courts and a work-out room on the premises. The location is the beautiful South Beach of Marco Island.

Rental Policies
Arrival: Check in time is 3:00 pm. This time has been scheduled so that we can have the property properly cleaned and inspected for the arriving guests. Please register with the condominium manager within 24 hrs. unless a weekend check in. Keys: Keys can be picked up at our house. For late arrivals special arrangements can be made ahead of time. Furnishings: Linens and housewares are provided. Cable TV and Video Player are provided. Phone calls: You must use your long distance calling card or a credit card. Hold harmless and indemnity: Owner of rental unit shall not be liable for any damage and /or injury to guest, or their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify owner for any damages to the condo or home grounds, furnishings, equipment and household items therein, excluding normal wear and tear which occur during guest occupancy period. Guest agrees to hold owner harmless against any claim for damage or injury, no matter how caused.
After you make your reservation you will receive a confirmation and upon receipt of the USD 400 deposit the confirmation will be binding. The balance of the rent is due before occupation of the unit. There is also a separate security deposit of USD 400 required before occupying the unit. This money will be returned within 2 weeks after departure provided there are no damages. Please pay in USD by personal check or cashiers check.
If you need to cancel the reservation, please notify us in writing 45 days in advance of your arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel within 44 days of your of your scheduled arrival you will forfeit all monies paid unless the unit is rerented. If the unit is rerented you will receive a full refund.
