This brand new beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse condo, is conveniently located on the hillside overlooking the sea, in Puerto Vallarta's most desirable area, just two short blocks to the beautiful "Los Muertos" beach. Also known as "Old Town" or the "Romantic Zone", this is one of Puerto Vallarta's most sought-after areas because of its proximity to the best beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown. No rental car necessary.

These low-rise condominium units have so much to offer. We offer all of the conveniences afforded to the larger high-rise buildings, while remaining small enough to maintain a level of serenity and privacy. Only 20% of the land is used for the condos themselves, while the remaining trees and vegetation adorn the common areas. Some of the trees on property are more than 100 years old, and consist of mangos & palms, in addition to flowering species.

By far, one of the most attractive features of the complex are the absolutely gorgeous common areas including: a large "palapa", sun deck, gym, snack bar, and the largest infinity pool in the area; totally surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Our condo features 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen bed, the other has two twins, plus a sofa sleeper in the living area. There are also two bathrooms, one located in the master bedroom. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, which opens up into the living room area. There are 3 balconies with breathtaking views of all of Puerto Vallarta; the largest balcony furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The overall décor could be described as "Mexican with a twist" We have taken some of the more traditional elements such as Terracotta floors and Parota wooden doors and windows, and paired them with a bit more contemporary furnishings, right down to the sinks and shower fixtures.
