Well appointed with a Big Screen T.V. in the main living room and furnished with just about everything you need. Even a balcony to sit out on and relax after a dip in the pool or jacuzzi. This complex is very resort like! There's mature, lush landscaping and even some citrus trees. The large, laundry room is just three doors down. There's also covered parking for one car and open parking for a second. Next to the pool is a clubhouse with pool tables and exercise equipment. Rental Policies
This is a wonderful, fun complex. Please follow the rules of the complex for use of the Pool and clubhouse. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We can work with you with these times if needed.
There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit and a $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. All rentals require a 50% deposit of the total amount due, when the reservation is made, including all deposits, and the balance due at 30 days from start of rental period. This deposit to hold the reservation is non-refundable as it takes the property off the market for that rental period.
Refundable security deposit is returned within 7 days of end of rental period, if there is no damage, loss of items or money owed.
