Our Royal Palm Bay Disney area condominium has everything your family needs for a comfortable, carefree vacation. The Master Suite has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom and secluded patio. The generous second bedroom also has a queen size bed and large closet. The third bedroom is designed to be perfect for the younger children (or adults who are still children at heart). It features two twin beds, a crib and a walk-in closet. The attractive and spacious Living Room includes a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat. You'll find it bright and airy with a large arched window framing a beautiful view of the pond.
Your comfort includes everything you need for your Florida home away from home. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all dishes and utensils. In addition to the Living Room entertainment center, each bedroom features satellite TV and a Dvd/vcr player. We've provided a library of books, games and videos for all ages for those in-between quiet times. Families with small children will appreciate our child-friendly furnishings and full-size washer and dryer. For those who want to stay "connected" while away from home, we provide wireless high-speed Internet service.
And when you need a break from castles, kingdoms, and creatures, you can enjoy a relaxing day at the Royal Palm Bay complex which boasts a variety of activities within its beautifully landscaped grounds. A $150 security/rental deposit will hold your reservation up to one-year in advance. Full rental payment will be due 30 days prior to occupancy. --- Your security deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks after departure.
Full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
