Description of the Property
Our cozy home in Black Butte Ranch features a large enclosed deck with a hot tub. The house is located on a quiet street close to the Glaze Meadow tennis courts and the new pool and recreation complex. The living room and dining areas have cedar paneling and there are vaulted ceilings throughout the house. The three bedrooms sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the loft bedroom has a half bath with one queen bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen features oak cabinets and is fully furnished. We have three TVs throughout the house with a VCR and DVD player available. The gas barbecue is available for your use.
Black Butte Ranch is located to the east of the Cascade Mountains ten miles from the western town of Sisters. There are miles of bicycle/walking paths throughout the Ranch. Two 18-hole golf courses and many tennis courts are available for your recreational enjoyment. For those who enjoy the water, there are four swimming pools to choose from. The Recreation Center has many activities for the kids. Horseback riding is available in the summer. The lodge restaurant and lounge feature great food and superb views of the Three Sisters Mountains. Fishing and hiking trails are nearby. In the winter there is alpine and cross country skiing at nearby Hoodoo Ski Resort. Mt Bachelor Ski Area is about an hour away.

Rental Rate Notes
We require a $150 security/breakage deposit payable with final payment. Deposit is refundable.Rental Policies
$185 per night in the off season and $225 during the months of June and September. We require a 2 night minimum and a $65 cleaning fee. Mid June through August weekly rentals are $1500 with cleaning included. Weekly rentals rent from Friday to Friday. All rates include the 7% county tax and the 1% State of Oregon tax. DCCA 823. We do require a $150 security/breakage deposit payable with final payment. The deposit is refundable. No smoking or pets are allowed in the house. For guests over the age of six, Black Butte Ranch charges $5 per person per day for use of the ranch facilities.
We require half the rental due at booking. The remainder is due two weeks before arrival.
No refunds unless home can be rented after cancellation.
