Description of the Property

Magnificent Views of the Tennessee Mountains. Ski Beech Mountain during the day, and then relax at one of the many fine restaurants or pubs, in the evenings. Our home is located in a peaceful scenic setting, nestled in the woods, just 1 minute drive to Ski Beech. We have beautiful views from every room. A Brand New Oak Hardwood Floor was just installed in our Living Room and Dining Room, 11/06. Our Professional Housekeeper prepares the Chalet prior to your arrival. Beech Mountain Country Club facilities are available for your use. Some of the amenities include a huge Heated Swimming Pool, (in Summer), Tennis, fully equipped Gym, and Beech Mountain Club, with fine dining, overlooking one of the most breathtaking, beautiful Mountain backgrounds you have ever seen. In Summer, The Beech Mountain Day Camp, with Teen activities, and award winning Golf Course, add to the many extras that Beech Mountain boasts. Cool off in the summer, at our 5000 foot elevation, temperatures range in the 70's during the day, and into the low 60's at night. Bring sweatshirts! Please check the Availability Calendar, it is updated daily. Leah's Beech Mountain Chalet's recommended occupancy is for 4 Adults, and 3 Children. I rent vacation homes 2 or 3 times per year for my family and some of our friends. I have to say that Mountain Mike is truly exceptional regarding his kindness and professionalism. Mike was fantastic to work with and quite frankly as friendly and as flexible I would like to be if I were ever a property manager. From my first phone call to him, inquiring about bringing my 2 large dogs to his property, he was trusting and courteous - happy to have my business and never dealt with me as if I were underhanded as so many property managers tend to be. When we arrived, everything was covered in snow, and we were ecstatic to realize our proximity to Everything from this cabin, which enabled us to jump right in to having non-stop fun. The kids loved the loft, and the linens used in the master suite were heavenly. Lastly, a little thing to some , but goes a long way with us (having small children) is that Mike doesn't have a huge list of things that must be done to close down the house. I have spent roughly 2 hours cleaning a house once to get back the hefty security deposit - rotten way to end a trip. Mike's rules are completely realistic and it really helps a trip end on a high note!! We had a great time and are already talking about making it a regular winter holiday!!

Would, and have recommended this property to friends. Additionally, I would like to commend "Mountain Mike" on his attention to detail and great service. Property was in excellant condition, well appointed, and maintained. My family and I will not only be looking at this property in future vacations to the mountains but any others which "mountain Mike" might have available. Of further note, property is easily accessible during inclimate weather.read that snow and ice, a definite advantage in the nountains.

Leah's Beech Mountain Chalet offers a level entry, no steps, enter into a movie production like setting, High Ceilings, Lots of Wood, a New Oak Floor was just installed in the Living Room and Dining Room, 11/06, a Massive Stone Fireplace adorns a very comfortable Living Room, which leads directly out to the huge deck, with Teak Deck Furniture and Bar-b-que. A large round Solid Wood Dining Room Table make dining a pleasure! Located next to the fully appointed Kitchen, is the Laundry Room. The Master Bedroom and Bath is located on First Floor, the Bedroom opens directly to the very spacious View Deck. A Spiral Staircase leads you to the second floor. The upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, and leads into an additional Master Bedroom, with Queen Bed, and attached full bath. All Bedding, Linens, and Bath Linens, are Brand New, and very comfortable. The open feeling you get from this true Beech Mountain, Blue Ridge Mountain Chalet, will make your next vacation a dream come true. High Speed Internet DSL available upon request.

Rental Rate Notes

The Following Rates Include Housekeeping prior to and end of stay. The Winter Holiday Rates, begin December 19th. 3 Month Special - Rent any 3 Months, rate wil be substantially reduced. Please Note: For 2 Night Stays, there is a Housekeeping Charge of 70. Reduced Rate Lift Tickets, Purchase with Vacation Home Rental and receive $10. off of the per day, Adult, Use Anytime Lift Ticket, includes Weekends and all Holidays. Can also be used for future seasons.

Rental Policies

A 50% Deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the balance due, 60 days prior to your arrival. Winter Holiday Rate is from December 19th through January 3rd. Reserve any 3 consecutive Months and receive a sustantial discount on the rent. Housekeeping Fees are iINCLUDED in the Rental Rates.

Reserve your Vacation Today with a 50% Deposit, .Balance must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Full deposit may be refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the reservation date, 90 days for Holiday Periods.
