This 7 bedroom home sleeps 24! 2 full kitchens are an entertainer's delight and are fully equipped with all of the comforts of home and you can dine with 16 guest at one table. There is a game room and a secluded back yard perfect for kids or a family barbeque. The exceptionally large living area offers cable TV with DVD, VCR and wireless router and best of all the best ocean sunsets.
Whether you enjoy sipping champagne in your private Jacuzzi, napping as you listen to the waves outside the window or just relaxing as you watch the sunset over the ocean after a hard day of playing, this Beach Retreat has it all!
Main Beach House: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 King bed in the Grand Master, 1 Queen beds in three bedrooms. 2 full beds in one bedroom, Bunk bed with 2 twin and 1 full in one bedroom, 1 sofa in game room, Deluxe Private Suite has 1 queen in Master Bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. This Suite also has a private full kitchen and aditional bath Sleeps 24. 2 additional rollaway beds are provided. Units can be rented separately to accommodate the size of your group.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include $320 Cleaning fee. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All Funds are Non-refundable. a $1500.00 security deposit is required Your credit card will be kept on file and any damages or lost or missing items will be billed to your credit card.
