The heated garage bay provides convenient storage for ski gear and also has a phone direct dialed to Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle service, which will pick you up in the driveway and whisk you to the nearby Beaver Creek slopes, restaurants, village or to the town of Avon. 3 OR 4 NIGHT STAYS MAY BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL!! Christmas/New Year holidays require a 7 night minimum stay. Rates are based on double occupancy (12). Additional per person charges apply...$50/person/night. Other lengths of stay and numbers of guests are available, up to a maximum of 16 people. Children 2 years of age or older counter as one. 4 Bedroom Rental (excludes 2 bedroom caretaker portion of house), may be availabe. Please call for availability and rates.

Rental Policies

NOTES: RATES SHOWN ARE BASED ON A 6 BEDROOM RENTAL ($1100-$2400). (THIS PROPERTY MAY BE AVAILABLE AS A 4 BEDROOM RENTAL). Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Call for availabilty and terms.) Reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date, 90 days for holidays. Reservations are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival, unless the property is rebooked. A refundable security deposit of $1500 is required for all rentals. Pets are not allowed. The Beaver Mountain Retreat is a strictly NON-SMOKING property!

A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for peak holidays. First time renters are also subject to a fully refundable security deposit, which is due with the final payment.

Refunds will be made in full, less a $100 handling charge, if your reservation is cancelled anytime prior to 60 days before your arrival date, 90 days for holidays. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival, 90 days for peak holidays, are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked. The $100 handling charge will apply. Security deposits are refundable in full in the event of cancellation anytime prior to your arrival date. Full or partial refunds of the security deposit will be made within 35 days of departure. This deposit may be applied against, but not limited to, damages deemed beyond normal wear and tear, breakage, extra per-person charges, fire "false alarm" charges, unusual cleaning charges, water damage due to negligence or any other charges deemed extraordinary.
