Ski Beech village offers snow skiing, tubing, ice skating and a great place to just hang out. Beech Mountain offers numerous hiking trails. The Pond Creek trail is right down from this house. In the summer Beech Mountain Country Club offers swimming, golf, tennis, dining and activities.

Rental Policies
Rental rates include all taxes. Pets must be approved prior to your stay and $50 pet fee paid. I ask that renters send 1/2 of rental amount to reserve and send 1/2 + refundable security deposit at least 1 week prior to stay. I will refund 1st payment only if home can be re-rented OR if cancellation is prior to 30 days before arrival date.
