You can experience the exciting Lake Shasta Recreation area while staying in our custom 2500 sq foot home located in Lakehead, CA. Lakehead is situated on the North tip of Lake Shasta. The West house, Now know as the sun House, is just one half block to the lake and right outside our door there is bicycling, (mountain and road) with a 12 mile round trip ride on a quiet road. Enjoy lake swimming (summer water temp. 75-85), jogging, wild life watching and berry picking, The boat launch is a short 1.5 mile drive. There is plenty of parking for trailers, RV's and cars. New to the area, then rent our boat with guide and wake board instruction included.

The West home sleeps Sixteen. 16 in five spacious bedrooms with comfort foam mattresses, and two additional people in living room. Check out the outside camping for more room. Two bedrooms open onto a 900 sq. ft. Wood and tile Deck with large Jacuzzi. Seven outside doors create a circular traffic pattern making all rooms in the home easily accessible.

The Master and North bedrooms open up directly onto the deck and Jacuzzi. The Kids room sleeps six with Tv,dvd,vcr and toys The house also features: Living Room with TV, DVD and VCR, Fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Aire range, side by side refrigerator, ice maker, dish washer. There Inside and out side Dining areas with room for every one. A separate laundry room to keep the family clean.

The 900 sq foot wood and tile deck adds a total additional outside living area to our home. It has shade from 10' umbrellas and surrounded by palm trees and flower gardens. Five doors open onto the deck from the house providing easy access to bedrooms, bathroom and family room. The deck's six person Hot Springs Spa is surrounded by bistro tables and a swinging lounge. There is also a 10 by 25 foot tiled dining area with a separate BBQ area and professional stainless steel BBQ. This second outside home is a great place to begin the day with breakfast and end the day watching for shooting stars from the Jacuzzi at night.

The 750 sq ft light and airy entertainment room is furnished gas fire place and comfortable leather furniture which surround the movie and TV area. Two wall bars with high back chairs are great for casual eating or drinking. There is also a serving bar with refrigerator and glass storage. Two sets of Garden doors open out to the tile deck accessing the BBQ area and Jacuzzi. The Entertainment system features a five speaker surround system, DVD, HD and digital satellite wall mounted Plasma HD TV, Watch DVD movies and live sport events in HD TV and surround sound.

We have added two new vacation rentals available beginning Memorial Day 2006. The Pine House and Pine Cottage are located next door to our very popular Sun House. Combined with the "Sun House," they can sleep a total of 26 guests. They are perfect for family reunions, weddings or company retreats.

Rented separately they offer beautiful Lake Shasta Lodging tailored to any size group or Family.
