On a shaded street, between Playa's chic quarter of 5th Avenue, and it's beach. This one bedroom suite is a delight for vacationers looking for a unique Caribbean living style. The creators and managers of the Plantation house, a Canadian and French couple, reside in one of the apartments there and will do their best to accommodate any special requests or inquires you may have.

This apartment has been designed with so many openings, that when sitting inside one feels like they are actually outdoors! Which is great, here in Playa del Carmen. The designers of this property also incorporated a comfortable wooden deck, nestled in the courtyard tree tops. Where you can share your breakfast or loose yourself in a book. There is a pool in the courtyard where guests can take a cool refreshing dip. Also available is a high speed internet service cable for your lap top (min. charge)

Rental Rate Notes

rate is based on two guests occupancy. Extra guests,of up to two more. May be charged $10 /night each. Children under 12, are exempted.

Rental Policies

Ask about our discounts for reservations of two weeks or more! Holiday rate stated is per week in the holiday period.

Up to a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits can be easily made through a bank money transfer. or a cashiers check sent by courier or by paypal The balance may be paid by upon arrival by cash or travelers checks.

A refund of 50% of the deposit will be granted to cancellations made prior to 90 days of reservation. All refunds will not include any banking charges. If we are able to fill your cancellation we will, and have in the past, refunded clients, the amount recovered by last minute bookings.
