For your convenience we offer covered parking only steps from your back door, as well as a dishwasher and private washer and dryer within the unit. Located at the Palm Springs Desert Museum, the Annenberg Theater (760-325-7186) is a state-of-the-art 433-seat theater with continental seating and nearly perfect acoustics that is home to vibrant performances of jazz, dance, comedy, classical and contemporary vocal groups, chamber ensembles, and much more.
The all-new Spa Resort Casino is Palm Spring’s only full-service resort offering casino, spa, and hotel amenities. The Spa Resort Casino is situated on nine acres in the heart of beautiful and historic downtown.
Just outside of downtown you will find the world famous Palm Springs Tram. Ascend 8,000 feet in the world’s largest rotating tramcars. It is forty degrees cooler at the top and a completely different world ( more like the Smokey Mountains than Palm Springs)! There you’ll find great hiking and incredible views of the desert.
The nearly 800,000 acre Joshua Tree National Park (760-367-5500) encompasses some of the most interesting geologic displays found in California deserts. Arroyos, playas, alluvial fans, bajadas pediments, desert varnish, granites, aplite, and gneiss interact to form a giant desert mosaic of immense beauty and complexity. This area is fantastic for both hiking and rock climbing!

Rental Rate Notes

One month minimum stay required. One pet allowed with additional, non-refundable cleaning deposit. Non-smoking unit.
We request a fully refundable $300 deposit at the time of reservation. At 60 days prior to rental the total of the first month’s rent is due. The initial $300 serves as a fully-refundable security deposit to cover unusual wear or damage to the unit. The balance of payment for the duration of your stay is due prior to occupancy.
Should you choose to cancel, we will gladly refund the entire security deposit and any rents paid up to 60 days prior to rental. With less than 60 days prior to rental, we will return your entire security deposit plus 50% of any rents paid.
