The first level Apartment which I like to call the Bellagio suite offers 1200sq ft. of luxurious decor. Enter through the french doors from the Court yard into the dining area and kitchen. The flooring is made of Mexican Salteo Tiles. When you enter the living room you will notice here too of the Red Rock fireplace and the Tv/vcr. There is a couch that folds out into a queen size bed, for extra guests. The Large 200 sq ft. bathroom offers beautiful marble flooring imported from Italy, with Orca Whale tile inlays for the shower stall. And Red Wood Sauna with built in stereo. The bedroom is very private and quiet, with a king bed and stereo. This Living area is perfict for an intimate getaway. Or rent it with the Main House to facilitate a larger crowd or event. The Courtyard has is own enticing array ,Red Rock with BBQ. ,hot tub,Sit in the serenity of the Koi pond with waterfall in redwood Aderondack chairs. The Courtyard, aprox. 70'x 25' of intimate privacy land scaped in tropical plants. A Large 70' Arbor with metal under sea world art, over looks the court yard. Well lit at night for evening pleasures and events. This peaceful setting has hosted many returns for occations such as Family Reunions, Anniversaries, Relaxation, Weddings, and a Romantic Getaway.
