Rental Policies

A perfect getaway/romantic soiree from your busy city or suburban schedule. 90 minute drive from Chicago! Make this your very first stop! 50% deposit required at reservation. Also $250 refundable security deposit). Security deposit will be refunded as soon as the villa is checked out by owner after your stay. Please send check (call 847-858-7818 for address). No refunds within 30 days of scheduled arrival. Balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
