Two Bedrooms and a Den with Hide-a-bed. Sleeps 6. Vaulted Ceilings and Plantation Shutters. Large private, fenced and shaded courtyard for the kids to play. Specular views from the Kitchen, Living Room and Entry. See the Green at the Nicholas Private course, the lake around most of the Green and up the fairway at the lake and mountains. Barbeque on the Patio and enjoy the views. Enjoy the High-Speed Access to the internet in the Den. Large Master Suite with shower and big tub for relaxing after a long day on the course, in the water or whatever. Enjoy the fireplace on those cool winter nights. Go the Lake Cahuilla State Park just a stones through away and go fishing, swimming, boating or picnicing.

Rental Policies
See Deposits and Refunds for Rental Policy
$500 Deposit plus $95 Cleaning Deposit required with signed Vacation Rental Agreement to hold condo dates. This deposit does not apply toward rent and shall be refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages. All rents due 45 days before occupancy.
In the event that a reservation must be cancelled the following restrictions will apply: 1. If written notice is received 45 days prior to tenancy, a full refund of payments and deposits will be made. 2. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of tenancy, refunds will be subjec to the ability to re-lease the property No Pets allowed. Rates subject to change
