*3 nights minimum stay/charge.

From - $115 - *$175/nt

+ $100 Cleaning fee.

Monthly: $2,800/mo - $2,700/mo(2mos) - $2,600/mo(3mos).

Rates are based on the number of days of stay. Lower rate on longer stays. Weekly/Monthly rates available. *Higher rate during holidays/peak seasons. Special rate during low season.

Confirmed dates and Total Cost of stay amount is Final at reservation. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposit:

$250 refundable Deposit after satisfactory inspection of home.

$500 Deposit - reservation 4 mos. in advance/major Holidays.

Full balance due 30 days Prior with credit card payment. Check payment due 45 days Prior
