Rates:

Las Vegas Villa III @ The Classics Estates in Centennial Ranch

$200-$350 per night, 3 nights minimum.

$1050-$1500 per week, $2850-$3000 per month

Includes light cleaning/set-up fee, linen/towel service & Wi-Fi.

Rate based on length of stay, number of people and season.

Low rate on longer stays (preferred) - high on short stays, holidays/peak season.

$250 deposit is refundable after satisfactory inspection of home.

25% rent due on Booking and the Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival.

Cancellation forfeits Deposit.
