We're located on the Playa Potrero Beach in the Guanacaste Region and just 45 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. Villa Malibu is located in a secluded area and offers a romantic, relaxing beach-side, exclusive vacation experience. However, the roads in Costa Rica require some patience. On the beach and tucked away on a quiet side street, Villa Malibu is an upscale property with 2 studio suites. Guests of Villa Malibu enjoy the seclusion of a private tropical beachfront, but are only minutes away from some of the best dining and outdoor activities in the Flamingo, Brasilito, and Potrero area.
We welcome guests from all over the world to enjoy the tranquility, comfort, and beautiful surroundings. The uniquely-designed Malibu-style property is a perfect place to escape from crowds to enjoy Costa Rica and rejuvenate your mind and body. Guests will also enjoy the spectacular beachfront pool. What a wonderful place for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or even a wedding on the beach.
One recent guest said. We absolutely loved your place. It was such a nice retreat from the normal hotel stay. Your new swimming pool is incredible. No beach needed. We will be sending you some photos once we get home. Martha and Mike were awesome. The two of them do very well keeping the property clean, safe, and serviced. Even though we do not speak spanish it was fairly easy to communicate with them and they were just very nice people to have around. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax. Canīt say enough about how incredible that pool area is, perfect. Thanks again

Reservation Deposit - 50% of total rental required to reserve. After 50% deposit received, then this is your guaranteed reservation and is non-refundable. The other 50% is due at check-in. Damage Deposit - $200 damage deposit is required at check-in. If nothing is broken, damaged or missing, then the full amount will be returned when you turn in the keys. If something is broken, damaged or missing, then the full or partial damage deposit is non-refundable.

You are right on the beach here. It's called Playa Potrero and it's the beach just north of Playa Flamingo. Villa Malibu is very romantic and perfect for honeymooners. It has a beautiful lap pool with swim-up bar stools. Both suites are on the second floor and have a gorgeous beach view. You're going to love it here.
