The Villa is located on the upper level and has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and the suite is located on the beach level with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The villa and suite can each sleep up to 8 guests which can accommodate a total of 16 guests. The villa has a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea and is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve one of the prime snorkel spots in Belize. All the rooms are spacious and decorated with style. The Great Room in the main villa is furnished with antique's and art from all over the world. The main dining table is made out of over 100 year old mahagany. The pool is gorgeous with 2 sundecks, waterfalls and a infinity edge. The suite on the beach level has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths each with a view of the sea. Both the villa and suite are equipped with cable tv, telephone, air conditioning, cd player, dvd player, bbq, and internet service. The sundeck on the upper level is 1800 sq ft with an exterior formal marble dining table, bar under a palapa, breakfast area and a 6 seater jacuzzi located on the south side of the veranda under a palapa. The pier is 320 feet long and is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing or relaxing in the hammocks under a giant palapa.

Rental Policies
Rates are subject to 9% hotel tax A deposit of 20%. is due when making a reservation with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival, all except $100 will be refunded. If cancellation is made 45-60 days before arrival dates, all except 50% will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less then 45 days prior to arrival date, no refund.
