Keys & direction mailed after full payment. other rates: 20% additional on HOLIDAYS (Memorial,4th of July and Labor day). Christmas & Easter weeks $2500/wk.
Security deposit refunded two weeks after departure date. Reservation deposit refunded less $100 cancellation fee if made two months prior to arrival.
