The home comes completely furnished with 57-inch wide screen HDTV, surround sound theater system, Satelite Direct TV, with DVR Recorder, VCR/DVD in living room and master bedroom, Wireless hi speed Internet connection and Linens, bath and pool towels provided. Enjoy the views of the golf course while swimming in the pool and having a barbeque out on the private porch.

Amenities within Coral Canyon area include a Championship 18-hole golf course, hiking and biking trails, parks, and tennis courts. The Coral Canyon town center is home to many merchants such as Harley Davidson, Shear Majik hair Salon and Spa, Kaleidoscope Cafe and many others.
Southern Utah and the St. George area are home to the largest concentration of national parks and scenic byways in the country. The Dixie area is a Mecca for outdoor enthusiast. St. George is known for great year-round golfing. Golf championship courses such as Coral Canyon, Entrada, Sunbrook, or Sky Mountain. Head for the biking and hiking trails at and around Coral Canyon or up Snow Canyon or Zion National Park. Go fishing at Duck Creek or Panguitch Lake or Water Skiing at Quail Creek or Sand Hollow Reservoir/State Park (only 10 min away from home). Hit the ski slops of Brian Head or Elk Meadows. Play tennis or go swimming in the private pool. Try river rafting, OHV riding, motorcycling and/or rock-climbing.
