This will be reimbursed upon departure * Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD charge. * Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total amount of stay will be applied. * Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival , have a $ 50.00 USD Charge * In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied
