Avalon - Eagle Mountain, Big Bear
4 season rental property just east of Big Bear Lake in the 'quiet' area away from the traffic and setback from the road. Property is by the Big Bear airport in the Whispering Forest area, approximately 2.5 or 3 miles from Bear Mountain or Snow Summit Ski resorts respectively. Property is near the crossroads of 'Division Dr." and Hwy 38 on the east end of the lake in a quiet neighborhood, about a mile east of the north shore beach area (Stanfield cutoff and 38). Property is a large lot with accommodations well set back (100 feet) from the road with it's own playground in the front.
Foos-Ball, 3 TV's, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD players, DVR, darts, well equipped kitchen, two fireplaces, playground in front yard, and large outdoor 2nd floor porch with Weber grill, this property is an excellent Big Bear rental for reunions, church groups, and large family get together's.
Having a king, 3 twins, a queen, a double, fold-out single and a hide-a-bed double, there is plenty of sleeping area. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths. This 1700 square foot house can easily sleep 12 comfortably with room to spare (3 more couchs!) Sleeping specifics:
- Downstairs: bunk-room contains a bunk-bed (double & twin) and a queen; rec room has a fold out sofa-bed. - Upstairs: master bedroom king, 2nd bedroom has two twins, one fold out bed (can be used upstairs or downstairs).

Activities and Attractions
Big Bear lake area has two great snow skiing areas, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain and many areas (commercial & public) for sledding. Big Bear is a four season resort area, with a seven mile long lake surrounded by beautiful mountains so there are always things to do. In the summer you can rent fishing, sail or ski boats and equipment (or bring your own). Many hiking trails that start on the north or south shores. Shooting range real close. Horseback riding. Zoo. Solar Observatory on the north shore open to public. San Bernadino National Forest surrounds Big Bear valley. Come and enjoy your stay.
