Rental Policies
Welcome to your home away from home! Moondrifter Condo unit #705 is located at 8815 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32408. * Balcony off of living room and faces the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the pool * Sleeps 6 * Master bedroom with queen-size bed * Second bedroom with queen-size bed * Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, and bar * Stacked washer & dryer ****We cannot control Mother Nature (sorry), so cannot give refunds due to poor weather. *But we do sometimes make exceptions during named storms.
There is a $200 security/damage deposit to reserve the condo today. $10.00 parking pass per car to Condo Assoc. you pick that up at the front office of the condo complex. You will also need to pick up arm bands there as well.
