Close to the kitchen, there is a door leading to the furnished screened porch, which is centered around another charming wood-burning fireplace. On the other side of the living room is a large-screen Tv/vcr/dvd with Digital capabilities, and also a CD/Stereo. There is a dining table (seats 6) between the two sides of the living room. In addition, a circular sunroom houses a large round table (seats 8) with built-in lazy susan. The sunroom and living room both have access to the back deck, which also connects to the furnished screen porch. At the head of the foyer lies a bedroom (Q) with a marvelous sleigh bed. This bedroom shares a full hall bath with the den (ss), which features a large screen Tv/vcr. The master bedroom (K) is at the front of the house, and has a comfortable window seat and front porch access. The master bath features a large steam shower.

Second Floor: The bedrooms of the second floor are furnished in "found wood" furniture, giving them a rustic, yet artful look. The first bedroom (K) shares a full bath with a charming second bedroom (2d). Across the hall is a third bedroom (K) with bath, whose bed is a canopy bed without the canopy. This bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, as well as a private bath with a garden tub.
