The villa features a gourmet kitchen and two suite-style bedrooms, which are air-conditioned and include luxurious baths, making this newly-built, custom-designed house the epitome of relaxation.

Rental Policies

25% Deposit required on reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to rental along with the $300 Security Deposit and the 8% Hotel Room Tax. The deposit will be returned if cancellation is 60 days before the rental period begins. The deposit will be returned if the property is rented for the canceled dates.
