While visiting the Orlando / Disney / Universal Studios area, why not stay in our magical place with more amenities than the normal rental home. Located in Clermont Florida, adjacent to Kissimmee, our home has been professionally decorated and set up with our idea of comfort from the many places we have stayed.
We are 10 minutes from the Disney World Resort gate, and just minutes to at least 8 great golf courses, Sea World, Universal Studios, water parks, etc., yet far enough away to come to a restful home with a very private 16x28 pool and 6 person spa.
The home has central air conditioning, 5 TV's, DVD and VCR players, high-speed internet, video games for the kids, a full kitchen including dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and a lovely lanai where you can sit by a private pool when the sun is hot or when it rains. Our development also offers a large community swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Rental Policies
Full Payment is due 45 days before arrival. For bookings of 5 nights or less a cleaning charge of $65 applies. Pool & Spa heating is optionally available- please inquire for pricing. Florida state and county taxes apply. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks. Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please review our Booking Terms & Conditions for our complete policies.
$250 Security/Damage Deposit is required to reserve your booking. Your deposit is refunded approximately 10 days after check-out if no damage occurs.
With notice of more than 45 days before arrival, full refund. Between 30-45 days before arrival, 50% of rental fee and full deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival, full deposit.
